Hyundai Run for a Cause!

Another much awaited event this coming May! Last year the Hyundai run was became successful on their event, lots of runners join on this free run, and one of their highlights was the fire truck waited near the finish line and showered the runners, aside from that there were lots of photographers took photos during the event.

St. Peter Life Run 2!

Oct. 23, 2011, Sunday morning together with my college friends Lacel, and Azza joined the St. Peter life run held in SM Mall of Asia, i registered last week for the 5k run event but yesterday when i dropped by in the main office of St.peter  i noticed that the enveloped they gave to me had a 10k marked, i looked for the person in-charge of the event and told her that i only register for a 5k run category. to cut the story short we exchanged numbers for the updates if there still available bib for the 5k run..oh well on the race day my friend Azza and i met in front of CSB (as always ) and because we really miss each other we chatted all the way!!!we laugh inside her car..When we reached the venue we decided to meet lacel, we hugged each other and started to chat again..hahaha, since our race bib is for 10k category and the girls told me that they don't want to run for that long coz all of us weren't ready for that category and unfortunate my contact person from St. peter didn't answer my call we decided to wait for the gun start of the 5K category,  we chatted all along from the start to finished! That was the most unforgettable run we ever had. we really enjoyed the event, we laugh just like the way we did when we were in CSB! we eat a lot! etc. After the event we had cup coffee together with ate nica!!!Great sunday morning with my pals! Thanks to St. Peter Life run 2 for a job well done event!! :)

I remember the last time I made a blog about running stuff. And now finally I knew what the real thing about joining in this event!

July 18, 2010, nice weather for the first time runner like me, it was a cloudy Sunday and I was in The fort together with my friends to join in the event of “One Run One Family One La Salle” it’s a fun run for the benefit of the “One Million Trees” Campaign of La Salle..

Me, and my friends Azza, Cris, Kux, Paul, Tanya and batch mate karen joined in a 3k run, everyone is excited from different La Salle Schools, students, professors, alumni’s were yelling at the starting lane,6:05 am the 3k run was started. On the half of the race some of them started to get tired, and started to walk, some are thirsty and some are complaining about their legs maybe most of us are first timers....


Anyway the event was fun, the people are friendly and the gang was full of energy though most of us were hungry and last is the great bonding. Thanks to Kux who always make us laugh! =D laugh trip all the way after the run...

and finally after a few months of curiosity about fun run I finally made it together and run with my closest friends! I'm planning it before the last time I made a blog about it, but since I don’t have time and I don’t know who’s the one I could grabbed to joined with me coz most of us are busy, I’ll just wait for the right time to come. And it happened! I love my will power! =)

It was a self fulfilling when we finished the 3k, even though were not that so good, and our legs get hurt for 2 days and I don’t know how to stepped down the stairs of LRT because of the pain  but still we had fun. And were planning again to join in another fun run! Woooohoooo! I can’t wait!

RUN!RUN!RUN!

I am not a running enthusiast or a marathon addict but one thing i noticed was many people are going crazy about this thing, when im doing my research about my thesis paper I read about the growing population of a runners here in the Philippines, i was surprised because i have no idea with that, i have some friends who's also into this kind of activity, which is actually good to our health. :) but not me.. The only RUN i knew was when our school conduct a Fund raising campaign for scholarship or the so called " One Run, One Family, One La Salle"..but the rest i don't have any clue.. :) i want to share this because  i'm so curious about this kind of activity and i want to try it hope someday if i have time or chance :)..

Me and my friends tried to join in a fun run before but sad to say i'm having a hard time in waking up early in the morning so i decided not to go...in other words TAMAD!!.. :) 

but because of the stress i feel right now i want to release it in some other way or in different way.....hhhhmmmmm should i try it? i think i have to invite first some friends to join me......... :)
